Hi, im 16 and i live with my mother and stepdad in texas. my dad lives in wisconsin and my parents are divorced and my mom has custody over me, i only get to see my dad for about 3 weeks throuhout the year. Last night, my stepdad was disrespecting my mother and being verbally aggressive, and i stuck up for my mom and defended her. he took my car keys, which he has a right to, which i did defend at first, but then gave them to him. then he ripped my phone from me and threw my property and broke it. he got in my face and i was scared so i kicked him as defense. Then he told me he doesnt want me in the house anymore and i can never come back. So rightnow, i have nowhere to live because he wont let me come back and i have no phone, or no car. I only have my computer. Am i allowed to move to Wisconsin with my father, because i am being mistreated?
