Can a judge legally keep my current partner completely away from my kids without just cause? My ex husband requested that my current boyfriend not be around my kids at all. I understand the morality clause but to not be around them at all seems extreme. Can the judge legally do this without a reason? He has a clean criminal record, no tickets, same job for 10 years and is educated. Please explain.
