I ran into a buyer a few weeks ago that I found out was the biggest scammer in my community.
She has over 50 buyer bewares on her, and has scammed over thousands of dollars from people.
In my Terms Of Service, it states “(my business name) can cancel anytime if the buyer is under suspicion of a scam.”

It also states “(business name) partials are no longer refundable after paid in full.”

She has bought a partial item from me, paid in full, and she is a known scammer.
I want to make sure my business is not harmed if I follow the terms of service. Can a buyer cancel and not refund?
