If my wife left the state of Alabama where we resided for nearly 5 years and she took our daughter across state lines . Neglected to put our daughter in a car seat didnt take any clothes or nothing for her or our daughter . Has alienated me for over 9 months and is clearly running trying to erase me from my daughter’s life . I had an Alabama judge grant me custody but she is in Texas and I’m having a hard time finding her as well as a hard to whetting a judge to uphold an ex parte order , but we spent 5 nearly 6 months trying to get her back to Alabama to have a custody hearing. I need help please
