Divorce was finalized Oct 10 2016. I have done everything to comply with decree. Turned over all property, signed papers to transfer family home to him. He has done nothing… all IRAs were to be turned over to me… he won’t sign QDRO, personal property he has of mine has not been turned over & he keeps just telling me to have my atty talk to his. And, my atty seems to be evasive. I’m in Maryland. What can I do?
