My mum passed away nearly 2years ago she was in joint owner with my brother a will was made by mum in 2009 she changed her will again in 2013 probate has been put on the property by my brother on the grounds she had dementia when the will was made this was proved not true he has now gone on mums interest in the property he should get a bigger percentage even though he owns only half I am a executor and 2 others the locks have been changed and we are not intitled to have keys or to visit can he do this legally my mum paid her gas and electric
