I bought a puppy off a private breeder. The breeder took her to the vet on 05/04/17. She got a clean bill of health from that vet. We picked her up 05/06/17. We took her to our vet on 05/10/17 and was diagnosed with an umbilical hernia (which more than likely wont be a problem) and Entropion (eyelid rolling inward). My question is: Should the breeder be responsible for vet bills/ medication/ surgery(if needed) bills that deal with the eye problem?
