I’m 16 and 17 weeks pregnant. My boyfriend is 21 years old, he’s been recently accused for First Degree Sexual Assault. The Judge has a restriction for us to not have any contact. It’s been extremely difficult for me. I was also living with my boyfriend and my mom was charged with child neglect, so Im in foster care. What I’m mostly concerned or wanting to know is can the Judge keep this restriction between the baby’s father and I away? Even though I’ve gain depression, anxiety and panic attacks from this.
