Ok my wife has filed for a divorce but she was still living with me till two days ago so we have the same rights to the kids but she hasn’t told me anything about them she will not let me talk or see or have them stay with me so can she get into trouble for that like kidnapping? Aif so how long does it have to be and what should i do?
