I recently got caught stealing around $263 worth from a store which is Class B theft. I am only 16 and this is my first offense, for I have never done anything like this before. I am a straight A student and have a high position in an activity I am involved in. Because this happened during the summer, will I get in trouble during school? Will I get demoted in the school program I am involved in? and will this be on my permanent record? Is there a way to clear it when I turn 18? Thank you.
