my boyfriend and his friends went camping last year in march and his friends stole alcohol and were drinking under age. they are all 18-19 years old. now, a year later, my boyfriend is charged for theif and drinking under age but he wasnt the one who stole it, nor did he drink any of the alcohol. someone must have blamed him and said he stole the alcohol but he didn’t. what is going to happen to my boyfriend?
