So I have a couple questions : so I was put in the court system for missing loads of days and not having papers to back them up I have though had hip surgey and due to pains sometimes I just decide to stay home. Okay so there I was put in so. Can’t explain my family by in short they do weed and pills and were also tested positive well I have been sent off a couple times because of my standing up for belie wing it’s not right and this made it hard for me at home cause they try to make things my fault but back to me so I had to go to juvenile detention for 3 day then home we’ll while there I didn’t have no trouble and so on the day I was to leave I could cause my parents wouldn’t show they ignored calls so then I had to wait another week to row by before I could Vito court from the juvenile place so I got there and parents were a no show so I stay thinking maybe next week so I do it’s a no show and I am told by the judge that I have been said to have been abandoned and am now in dhs custody alright the next court day is well I had to go back to the jives cause they had to wait till there was room for me to go to a foster place so juvey it was okay then the next court day shows up and my parents are finally there so they are asked why they never showed they say that they never got a call and that they didn’t know but my parole officer said he called and called loads of times and the.n I was able to go home still with my parents but then just recently I was told I have to pay for all those day my parents didn’t show is that right I mean I was in dhs why do I have to do that for being abandoned
