I reported sexual harassment from a parent volunteer to HR in my school district. After investigation, they concluded I was sexually harassed & the parent no longer allowed to volunteer at the school where I work. Parent volunteer withdrew her child from the school, but now is spreading awful untruths on social media (Facebook) about me & my being a danger to students/staff. Her friend who also has a student at the school has e-mailed the school board & attempted to file a complaint about me as well. What can I do other than suing to make it stop?
