Next door neighbored parked his car very close to the end of my drive way and he claims that my wife brushed the bumper of his white Firebird auto that he is attempting to sale. She does not recall any incident but there is a dark rub on the corner of the driver side bumper.

I want to be fair about this. He presented me with an estimate of $175 to repair the bumper. My question is should I pay all of this or does he have some responsibility for parking in a way that restricted the access to our parking? What do you think?
