Am I allowed to call the authorities for help if my daughter’s father took her during a visit and refused to bring her home. Neither of us have custody, but he has been hiding my daughter from me. He has avoided all communication and refused to allow me any sort of contact with my daughter. She is 2 years old and has lived with me up until this past March when he refused to bring her home, after he already agreed to bringing her back home after a visit to his house.
