Committed a crime as a minor sentenced to the maximum of two years as a minor forced to get a GED to for parole at the age of 17. Moved and enrolled in State jr college, later I decided to enter the workforce instead from 1996-2007 , in 2007 volunteer my services to the Military where I was employed till 2013. Now the Department of Defense and the Department of Education and future employers and educational institutions are scrutinizing my GED and the Institution in which it was granted thst being a State Juvenile detentions institutionin by opening investigations and inquiries (ESPECIALLY THE MILITARY AUTHORITIES BEING ABLE TO CONDUCT AND UNDER GO PSYCHOLOGICAL OPERATIONS )on a judicated minor with an expunged record called into question by a involuntary requirement set by the State for minor at the age of 17 when the national graduation ages range from 17 -19 . I believe that I was released from service (Veteran) for this reason. Do I have a case? Against who?
