I have been given a ticket for writing on a persons windshield with windshield marker (washes off with soap and water) Was upset about neighbors quest parking in front of my apt. Have lived here 7 years. my guest have to park down street. Officer sited me for criminal mischief. No damage at all done to vehicle. Owners were watching me I guess. Got in car as soon as I went inside. I came out when driving away. The went behind 4 plex building. My apt building. called 911, officer came and accused me didn’t even ask what happened or what was on windshield cited and left. I was at my apt. I am 46 yrs old and don’t want a misdeamor on my record. How to approach judge tomorrow in court by myself except for roommate and friend whp witnessed citing
