I paid rent ($300) on October 11th and a security deposit of $150 on October 15th. I plan on moving out November 9-10th due to fact landlord “refuses” to fix any electrical issues at the residence. I haven’t stayed there in 2weeks. Am I do any rent or security deposit refund since I plan on moving before November 11th since it is not safe ?
