In my neighborhood which I live in Texas, I have a family that lives across from me. They have 4 boys ages 6-11. The parents are never home the mother’s mom lives with them. The boys are never supervised. The grandmother is an alcoholic, the boys mother is a crack cocaine user along with the father. The grandmother beats the little boys so they are always running away. The boys are never fed,clean,etc. I feed them when I can, bandage them when they’re hurt,etc. Recently I noticed their behavior is really bad. I have two daughter’s 7&11. A few weeks ago one of the boys cut my 11yr old daughter across the leg with box cutter and hitvher in the head with a strap that had metal hooks. Then a week later the boys chased my 7 yr old with scissors and then shoving her off her bike onto road causing her to get cuts inside her hand and other places. I called the cops out on both incident’s and they took report and pictures. following these incidents a day later the boys showed up at neighbors where my 7 yrs old was playing with a school friend and wanted inside but the father said no cause he was being mean and using foul language. So the boy took a box cutter and cut all the window screens on the man’s house. A day later the boys vandalized the mans mailbox and broke tail light on his car. Then two days later the boys killed 3 chickens an 2 goats at another residence. Today while me & my family was in town I got called that the boys jumped my gate and was trying to break in my house banging on windows stealing tools out of our shed and then took off on my daughters bike. Allvincidents been reported to the cops but they continue to say there’s nothing they can do cause of the boys ages. Well who is to pay for the damages they are doing? The parents will just beat them but apparently that don’t do nothing. The last incident that took place really pushed me overboard, the cops ain’t doing nothing until one of the neighborhood kids get killed or my daughters? I won’t accept that there isnt nothingthat can be done with the boys. Cops say they contacted CPS but I haven’t seen them come out, what about juvenile? Please give me some advice.
