My boyfriend of 5 yrs has been in a horrible custody battle w his ex for 4 yrs. He is not trying to take them, only to keep being their father. Because if some disgusting things she accused him of in the beginning, he was on supervised visits until they determined the allegations had no basis. Ex said it to take them immediately from him when they separated. She finally signed off in a custody agreement after she got her 2nd DUI and to avoid a custody trial. She then diss amperes w her boyfriend for 2 yrs. Judge was about to give rite of assistance when she popped up ( still had a pending DUI charge and bench warrant here) she gave excuses but the judge didn’t believe her lies. He is getting face times but she fails on half of them . He won a contempt w her , and one an order for yet another I think there has been 3 , court custody investigator. He has tried to get her to work w him . She just wants him to fade away and she has poisoned these poor kids to not know how to feel about what is going on. The judge ordered a visit in person when he was in California on a work trip. He hasn’t seen them since 2012. She gave him 1 hour .. W her controlling it and even brought her husband and they all sat at an Applebee’s table. And wouldn’t allow him to hug the kids. Please help him. His ex has no issue taking his 1k per month in child support , he follows the courts direction she doesn’t and is ok. She is such a horrible person , she demands him to be a father but prevents him from being one . If these kids are as traumatized as she says , why are they not in counseling — that the court ordered them to be. Please , please help. He is not perfect , he has made mistakes but these children do not sister be this and neither does he. Please help.
