I had gotten in trouble with a underage intoxication misdemeanor on my 19th birthday, but I successfully completed the diversion program. I am going to school to become a nurse, but before I can apply I have to have both an FBI and CBI criminal background check and again upon graduation before I’m allowed to take my licensure exams. I can be turned away from practicing if I have anything on my record, so I guess my question is do I have to worry or is my record clean?
