I am asking this question for friend. His daughters counselor at school called and told him she does not want his daughters going back to their mothers and boyfriends house. The youngest came to school with huge bruises from a whipping the mom’s boyfriend gave her. There is a CPS investigation going on right now. Can he go get his girls and take them to live with him even though the Mom has primary custody according to the divorce papers. He doesn’t want to get in trouble but he doesn’t want his girls going back to situation again. Thank you for your help.
