Hello your honor, I am not a teen but I am in desperate need of help. About a month ago my car was vandalized, I watched through the window as it w as happening, I took my ph out to take pics but i was so nervous i didnt set my camera properly. So I have no proof, I called the police it took 3 hrs to show up, the person who did it said she would be back, the people that did see said she had a gun so I stayed inside. I don’t know if I have a case without any pictures, the only person I have is me. Please can you give me some advice, if you need more information please let me know.
