Is it legal for a stranger or family member to adopt my kids or me without our consent or awareness? i raised all of my kids they are grown do not need a second parent. i was not notified about any adoptions and this crazy person is trying to take my kids future inheritance, but i have not signed the will over to my kids yet, They have illegally signed ovr my will into my teenagers name to get access to bank accounts and property.,
