My dad uses all of my child support money for mostly himself and groceries that I majority don’t get unless its basically under the 1 dollar limit (He’s a cheapskate) or a snack. He spends most of the money on him and less on things I need like clothes. I hardly have any leisurely clothing or uniform clothes that are starting to become too short for me. Im usually very compliant and seldom fuss about it but its starting to become a problem for me. Im a growing teen and needing more clothes, since im growing out of mine. I don’t ask for much when I do want something and I do understand the economy isn’t too great at the moment…but him yelling at me for pointless things and not getting me some of the necessary items (clothing and some food) for success is a problem. so is it considered neglect or abuse?
