I have a signed lease that do not allow my son’s girlfriend(she is 19) to stay overnight in the apartment. My son sneaks her in at night and she climbs out the window if caught or when it is time to leave. The hOA is watching and I am afraid that they ill tell my landlord and I will be evicted. I don’t want her there, but my son(on the lease), lets her in. What are my options without notifying my landlord or HOA. I have a great relationship with my landlord and don’t want to cause her any problems. If I call the police, she is long gone and HOA will see police at my apt again. PLEASE ADVISE
