My boyfriend took his friend to go buy a car from a man, well his friend wrote a bad check and is now being charged with fraud, my boyfriend was unaware at the time that was happening. He has never been in trouble with the law, if he is charged what could it be & would a judge give a lighter sentence because he doesn’t have a criminal record?
