Hello, we are from NY. My high functioning autistic son was attacked in school in a premeditated attack. Not one adult in the room saw my son punched but one had seen a child with a video phone recording my child’s attack. The owner of the phone was taken to the Principals office and ordered to unlock the phone and delete the video. This was done before my son even had medical attention. Did the Principal have the right to delete evidence of the crime?
