Can children services in jackson county ohio tap our and our childs phone while shes in foster care? They took our child without proof of her doing nothing wrong, without her being on probation? we have recently found out the first foster mom they took her to was giving her drugs, taking her to meet a 27 year old felon and it was turned in about the guy to the authorities. We get to juvinrl court and they want to act as it is her fault. she has been moved to a boot camp facility this case has been going on for 9 months. now were finding out her phone has and still is tapped. we are concerned about our daughter, getting her back and all of our safety. we get very little information from the children services and the judge…. HELP WE FEEL LIKE OUR CHILD AND OUR RIGHTS HAVE BEEN NEGELATED. They have took that foster moms licensee but she is facing NO CHARGES.. She is recorded saying her son was selling drugs out of the foster home while our daughter was their, and she did take our daughter to CVS to meet the boy… Any HELP OR INFO YOU CAN GIVE US VERY CONCERNED PARENTS WOULD BE HELPFUL THANK YOU!!!!
