i wih to ask as i have been badly injured by a state work crew after my wreck which was in 2008 i made contact with them in 2010 i fill out the papers and was told to get a lawyer by 2011 my left wrist has a pastic tee shape brace as it is at 46 percent use i am unable to find a new job and i have made contact with gov. jerry brown and state senators hope to ask as i do not wish to close them down but to cut a fair deal their name is caltrans to this date and in 2015 i have the letter they still to talk to a lawyer as i do not have the money who do i contact and can i get a fee waver thank you jay
