My daughter Olivia lives with her mother and her grandparents. The mother of my child works afternoon shift. The grandparents watch Olivia all week while the mother is working. My daughter goes to school during the day. The mother changed my custody without my prior knowledge. I get my daughter every other week. The mother claims to see my daughter on those weekends that I do not have Olivia. Olivia now calls her grandparents that she lives with “mommy” and “daddy”.

Do I have any options or rights in this case?
