I was charged with Class A theft Larency in Texas, and i have finished my CNA program in school and was going to return back to college to do my LVN than RN. My lawyer gave a waiver to me basically for court. I dont know what exactly going to happen and i really dont want to lose my career on trying to be a nurse with theft on my record. Walmart filed not to long ago in December 23, 2016 and i got a warrant out and i took care of that and it was based in August 2014 and i have no clue why took so long for Walmart to file. I am a ex employee at walmart and i am accused for stealing memorex cds, i dont know what packet investigated documents is but it is listed and accused for stealing money. i have a lawyer and i dont know what is going to happen or what the penalties are if i am guilty or found guilty… even if i am not guilty on behalf.
