so my friend was in class at college and she was moving some desks around to make room for the lab assignment and one of the desks had annother students bag and laptop on it which my friend didnt see because it looked like a notebook and the laptop slid off the desk and the screen broke, the other girl is telling my friend that shes going to take her to court over this, and i was wondering if my friend would even be able to be held acountable for it. The other girl already got the laptop fixed but she wants my friend to pay for it. the girl went to the most epensive place to get it fixed and that just isn’t fair. I want to know if that oher girl actualy has a case against my friend. thank you
