My question is can you help my son and I and/or can you refer me to somebody who can?
I’m a single father. My son was taken from me by the DGAIA (equivalent of the US CPS) in April 2015. My son and I are dual nationals (US/FR) and moved to Spain late 2013. I’ve been trying to get him back since April but am not having success. They started drugging him with Risperidone back in November and they refuse to temporarily place him with my parents in France… I’ve gone through 3 lawyers and a law professor is representing me now. Please help.
