I am going to be applying for a job and my employer wants to know if I sexted before. I am 18 years old, if I sexted with someone claiming to be the same age on a messaging app but no longer have the text, how can my employer know the individual was over 18. Also what kind of situation would I be in, would I be in trouble with the law? I live in California
