So, I let my guy friend borrow my calculator. He had a girl over, and she was using it then later on asked to borrow it. I said yes. A few months later, she floods her apt causing damages to the calculator. Now it won’t turn on. Its a graphing calculator which means it cost over $100. She refuses to pay for it or get another one to replace it. Can I press charges?
