You don’t necessarily just “age out.” It depends on the laws in your state as well as the specific facts and circumstances of your case. Anderson County may see you as failing to show up and/or comply with the terms of your probation. You need to contact the probation department in your county as soon as possible and ask to speak with someone about your circumstances. It’s possible that you were placed on some sort of unsupervised probation where there’s no direct supervision, but you still need to comply with all other terms including alcohol counseling. A supervisor or an officer at the probation department should be able to help you and let you know what you need to do in order to successfully complete your probation. Good luck.
