if i cut a whole in a chain link fence to get into the fenced in area and i get caught what would my restitution be. There was nothing else wrong with the fence other then i cut 5 links to slide it back to crawl threw. there telling me they put up a bigger stronger fence and are telling me i have to pay the 7 thousand for the whole new fence. Ithought if it is repairable u have to repair it a chain link fence can be fixed. i just ot done serving 2 years and im trying to put my life back together. Could you please help me out with som einformation. my public defender is not very helpful.
