my ex wife got sole custody in September 2000 I had a drug problem at the time. she left the state without my permission and at the time she was not yet a legal citizen. I admit I had a problem. i maybe seen my daughter a handful of times she never contacted me and apparently moved out of the country. i was ordered to pay child support but i never had any place to pay them i never received anything until 2014 the country of finland was looking for back child support she left the country without my permission. The court document said she was to inform me if she even left the state nevermind the country. I ask you where do i stand
