I was pulled over in Kentucky for speeding and possession of a small amt. of marijuana.
It was my first offense and was offered diversion.
I was ordered to complete 15 hours of community service
and enroll in a drug/alcohol class.
The speeding ticket was never addressed.
so my question is – Is the speeding ticket included in the diversion program
or is that separate and I need to go pay the clerk of courts for the ticket.
No one seems to be able to answer the question.
the offense occurred in Kentucky
thankyou
