I am the father of a 20 month baby boy, I sign a consent for his mother to travel with baby to Santo Domingo from 10/15-3/16 he has return back to states in the last week of February into another state, she has stated that she in Florida and Pennsylvania, I don’t a address to were is my son is, I am send my son money to Santo Domingo to her mother in return she sends the money to daughter here in the states, she refuses to give me a address, all I get is a phone call that my son is fine once a week and 2 texts a week. What I can I do?
