I got a simple possession of marijuana charge a few months ago. I already had my primary hearing and the judge said take a drug awareness class and it’ll be drop, just show a certificate of completion to the judge on the next court. Which was a month later, this coming Friday. I did the class by North American learning institute and got a certificate. For any reason, should I still hire an attorney?
I’m 18 and still in high school, this is my first charge.
