I’m going to court in June against my mom. I am 13 years old. 14 in July. She did some things to me while I was living with her and I ran away back to my dads. She has been black mailing and threatening us and now we are going to court to decide where I live. I don’t want to be at my moms. But I don’t want to be and my dads. My step mom doesn’t want me here either. So would it be possible to ask to live with my grandmother? She has said she would be willing to take me in. But I’m not sure I can ask the judge if I can live with my grandma. Can I?
