Hello.
When I was 16-17 I was caught stealing. I had to go to go court, was on probation for 6 months, had to do community then my record was cleared.
Well, this past January, I was in a bind and stole and got caught.
I am now 21. When the incident occured, the policw were not called. I was given a trespassing paper saying not to come back to the store etc. About a month later, I received a letter saying I had to pay a fine to the store of $100. Paid it. Well today, I got papers in the mail for a court date for conversion. Can anybody give me an insight? Help? Directions? Anything please.
