hi my name is Cheryl Cheryl I got a summons to go to court for trespassing and im scared im going to go to jail I live in new jersey and Im homeless and was living on someone elses property during the winter and I didn’t see any no trespassing signs whats so ever and then we got a letter that said we had to move and I was trying to but my dad just passed away and I don’t want to go to jail I have no criminal record. and we wasn’t trying to refuse to leave we was waiting on minister steve to move to a new camp site. so I really don’t want to go to jail.
