I gave my brother a truck for free , all he had to pay for was his insurance , title switch over ect. He didnt have the money so i put it out for him. About a month after we gave him the truck he call us to tell me hes on the side of the road its not running right. We take it to the shop to find out the motor blew. Now the truck is still not running right the shop needs more money to call in an expert. My brother thinks he does not owe me any money that he can juat sign the truck back over to me and its free and clear. Please tell me im not crazy he has to pay me back this money ? Right?
