I’m a contestant.I submitted a proposal to MIT climate colab contest. I lost but judges & their organization use an idea of my work in LEED 2015,2016 to use it in 90 countries. If my proposal is useless, why have they used the idea of my proposal in LEED, it’s meant the idea of proposal is useful, good=> Can I sue them because of disqualifying my proposal at qualifying round 1? Can I firm sue the judges& their organization? Which area the lawyer must practice law in to help me sue the unfair judging decision? Thank you
