My sister and I took it upon ourself to complulsively decide in Kohls last week to take items. We were caught by LP and it showed we had taken 40 something in misc each. The police came but we were not arrested but each given citations for theft under 100. They had video that was burned for police to take but we were allowed to leave and just encouraged to pay the fine and go see judge.
My first offense but my sisters second as she lost her son and had shoplifted way backin 2010 after his suicide. Anyhow what does our future look like we do need to obtain a attorney regardless. I do not ever want this to show on my background anywhere. Thanks so much and I for one am in deep despair I did this to expel events since March.
