I’m 16 and I got pulled over last month for going 94 in a 70 zone, and my court date is this month, I was with my sister who is 18 years old and has her own license, but I have neither license or learners permit I was wondering what would the consequences be? I heard that I wouldn’t be able to get my license til I’m 18 and some Ive heard til I’m 21. Also will any jail time be sentenced? I live in TN by the way.
