I live with my girlfriend and we recently just broke up and i want to part ways with her living wise since were no longer together but she wont leave because she believe she been here for 10 month and pay half of the rent.. The lease is in my name ONLY because she moved in with me …my question to you is how do i remove her from the apartment the legal way without this back firing on me?
